Terms and Conditions

Consultation
Consultation: The client agrees to pay a consultation fee of $25 for each consultation session. In addition, a travel fee of $25 will be charged if the consultation takes place outside of the designated business location. It is important to note that these fees are not considered as alteration fees and are separate from any other charges that may be incurred for the services provided.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*50% of all alterations fees are due and payable at the consultation or whan agreed upon we also offer After pay that helps you break you payment up into smaller managable payments for you.
*$25 Consultation fee will be payable at first visit.
*If seamstress needs to come too you a $25 travel fee will be applied to consultation fee and payable at first visit.
*Any concerns that arise with the fit of the garment, pricing, or any other issues must be discussed directly with the seamstress so that she can resolve the situation.
*Our seamstress is a professional alterations expert, they may advise against certain structural changes that may compromise the integrity of your gown/garment.
*Bridal gowns/Big Projects: Are all charged $50 an hour with a $400 minimum unless otherwise. This deciding factor will be determend at you consultation appointment.
*Scheduling: All Alterations require a scheduled appointment. Walk-in alterations are typically not available.
**Please follow these guidelines when scheduling alterations appointments.
We suggest calling 4-6 weeks before the desired appointment date to ensure the best appointment availability
– Wedding, Debutante, Quinceanera Gowns and Pageant                                             12-16 weeks before pickup
– Bridesmaids, Mother-of-Bride/Groom, Evening, and other Garments           6-8   weeks before pickup
*If dry cleaning is required prior to your event, an additional 3 weeks should be factored into the schedule. Dry cleaning is always an additional separate charge. WE DO NOT DO DRY CLEANING WE ONLY SPOT OR HAND WASH AS NEEDED OR REQUESTED
*If your alterations appointment is scheduled less than the required weeks before pickup, an additional priority fee may be applied at the first fitting, at the discretion of the seamstress.
Wedding, Debutante, Quinceanera Gowns, and Pageant
**Less than 12 weeks        + $75.00
**Less than 8 weeks   +$125.00
**1 month turnaround     + $150.00
**2 weeks turnaround       + $200.00
**1 week turnaround       + $300.00
**Overnight                     + $450.00
Bridesmaids, Mother-of-Bride/Groom, Evening, and other Garments
**Less than 1 month       + $50.00
**1 week turnaround       + $75.00
**Overnight                     + $100.00
MIlitary uniforms and Funerls will not be charged a rush fee and will take priority first if need be
Wedding, Debutante, and Quinceanera Gowns typically require 3-5 appointments.
Bridesmaids, Mother-of-Bride/Groom, Evening, and other Garments typically require 1-3 appointments
Subsequent appointments will be scheduled by the seamstress at the end of your initial appointment.
At the Appointment:
First fitting appointments are scheduled for one hour for Wedding, Debutante, Quinceanera Gowns, and pageant, Mother and Evening garments, Bridesmaids Ect. are scheduled for half an hour.
Shoes with proper heel height, and undergarments (including but not limited to: petticoat / slip, bra, spanx) must be brought to the first fitting and proceeding fittings. This includes but not limited to dress shoes for suits and military uniforms or any shoe you plan to weat day of.
Please advise your seamstress of all items to be picked up with the dress on the specified pickup date.
Please advise your seamstress who will be picking up items if other than contacted client must present photo ID to protect all parties.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, or without proper shoes and/ or necessary undergarments, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
At the Time of Pickup:
Pickups are a scheduled appointment during regular business hours. Please contact your seamstress if other arrangements must be made to include delivery. If delivery is needing to be made there will be a $25 delivery fee.
We strongly discourage trying on your gown or garments at the time of pickup. If your gown has been pressed, it is ready for your special event and may wrinkle from additional handling and wearing.
Second pressings are an additional cost and require extra time. Please contact your seamstress before the pressing date if you wish to try on your gown/garmet at the time of pickup.
Ounce garmet leaves there will be NO REFUNDS
If for any reason any of the work that was preformed comes undone please reach out ASAP and must be brought in with in 30 days unless otherwise told/scheduled by seamstress.
